Today in Beach Boys History (1973): The Beach Boys' single "California Saga (On My Way to Sunny Californ-i-a)" b/w "Funky Pretty" is released on Brother-Reprise. The A-side, renamed for the single to avoid ambiguity, is a noticeably different mix from the version that was released on the Holland album. (Source)
