We do have an episode in the can and currently in post-production, but on Saturday, June 20, I will be presenting a 90-minute talk (including Q&A) about Pet Sounds in honor of both its 60th anniversary and Brian’s birthday. 11:00am CDT at the Edgewater branch of the Chicago Public Library, located at 6000 N. Broadway. Easy to get to via mass transit: Red Line to Thorndale, or Broadway (36) bus to Elmdale, or if it’s a particularly nice day, you can take the Metra UP-North line to Ridge / Peterson and walk a mile due east. There’s also a small parking lot plus street parking if you prefer to drive.
